Can my ring be resized?
As our rings are made from stainless steel, titanium and tungsten carbide they cannot be resized. However, we do offer a friendly return service in case you do need to return the ring for an exchange or refund.
What metals do your rings come in?
Our rings come in stainless steel, titanium and tungsten carbide. Each product listing details which metal has been used to make the ring.
How do I know which size I need?
All of our rings come in UK sizes and you can choose the size you need in each listing. UK standard rings are indicated by a letter - A - Z+4 with A being the smallest and Z+4 being the largest.
If you do not know which size you need we recommend visiting your local jewellers who can accurately measure your ring size, free of charge. Alternatively, you can measure about your finger and determine your ring size using our size chart, however this is not the most accurate method.

Our secure website accepts payment by all major credit cards as well as PayPal.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes, we ship Europe, USA, Canada & Australia. If you live in another country and would like to purchase a ring from us please contact us to see if we are able to ship to your country.

Also, we accept payment via Apple Pay.
Returns
How can I return my order for an exchange or refund?
You are very welcome to return your order for an exchange or refund. Please contact us via our contact us page to arrange a return.
Do I have to pay anything to return my items?
You are responsible for the cost of returning an order to us. We will cover the cost of posting an exchange to you.
Shipping
How much do you charge for delivery?
We offer free shipping on all orders so the price you see is the price you pay. We post all orders out within 24 hours and deliveries usually arrive within 3 working days. If you need the ring sooner we also offer postage upgrades.
