All orders are dispatched from our UK headquarters to ensure fast delivery.
UK orders should arrive within 5 working days of dispatch.
Most of our rings are made to order, which takes 1-2 weeks to dispatch the ring. If you need the ring sooner please contact us before ordering to check if we can get the ring to you in time.
We offer postage upgrades for 1st Class post & guaranteed next day deliveries.
For international customers we will ship all order with tracked delivery for a low cost of £10, which will take up to 2 weeks to arrive depending on location.

Returns Information:

We offer a full 30 day returns guarantee. Please contact us for return requests.
We do refund the cost of the product purchased but not the cost of any upgraded postage.
