These terms apply when you buy from vincentfaith.com. Please read them before placing an order. Our refund policy, shipping policy and privacy policy also apply. If anything is unclear, email admin@vincentfaith.com.
1. Who we are
Vincent Faith is run by Trevor Kay, trading as Vincent Faith, 7 Whitefields Gate, Richmond, North Yorkshire, DL10 7DD, United Kingdom. Email: admin@vincentfaith.com.
2. Placing an order
You must be 18 or over to place an order. When you place an order you'll receive an email confirming we've received it. Our contract with you starts when we accept your order. We accept it when we start making your ring or when we dispatch it, whichever comes first.
We may occasionally be unable to accept an order, for example if a ring is no longer available or there is an obvious error in the price shown. If that happens, we'll let you know and refund you in full.
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom and Australia.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling (£). Standard UK delivery is free. Delivery to Australia is £10, tracked. Any upgraded delivery option and its price are shown at checkout.
We accept payment through Shopify Payments (including Apple Pay and Google Pay) and PayPal. Payment is taken when you place your order.
Offers such as multi-buy discounts are applied automatically at checkout and only apply while they're shown on the website.
4. Ring sizes and made-to-order rings
Many of our rings are made to order in the size you choose. Making them takes 1-2 weeks, as shown on the product page, before the ring is posted. Rings we already have in stock are posted sooner.
If you need a half size, choose the whole size below it and add a note at checkout with the half size you need.
It's your responsibility to choose the right size. If you're not sure, email us and we'll help you find it. If a ring doesn't fit, you can exchange it under our refund policy. Titanium rings can't be resized.
We don't offer an engraving service, but our rings can be engraved by a local engraver after delivery.
5. Delivery
Orders are sent by Royal Mail. Once dispatched, standard UK delivery usually arrives within 5 working days. Delivery to Australia takes longer. If you order from outside the UK, you are responsible for any import duties or taxes charged in your country. Delivery times are estimates, but if your order is very late, please contact us and we'll help.
The ring becomes yours, and your responsibility, once it has been delivered to the address you gave us.
6. Product images and descriptions
We photograph our rings carefully, but colours and finishes can look slightly different on different screens.
7. Returns, refunds and faulty items
You can return a ring within 90 days for a refund or exchange, as set out in our refund policy. This is in addition to your legal right to cancel an online order within 14 days, and your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if a ring is faulty or not as described.
8. Our responsibility to you
If we break these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach. We are not responsible for loss or damage that was not foreseeable, or for business losses.
Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.
9. Using our website
The photos, text, designs and logos on vincentfaith.com belong to Vincent Faith. Please don't copy or reuse them without our permission.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown on the website when you placed it.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you have a complaint, please contact us first and we'll do our best to sort it out. If we can't, you can take it to the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also use the courts there.
